About Lasseters Corporation

Australian Stock Exchange-listed, Lasseters Corporation was formed in June 2001 when Gocorp Ltd and Lasseters Casino Pty Ltd merged.

The business of the company is online gaming. Lasseters was the first operator in the world to launch a fully regulated online casino when the company's first site, Lasseters Online, went live for cash gaming in April 1999. Since then, Lasseters has become one of the world's most recognised and trusted online gaming brands.

The company's approach to online gaming is distinctive in that from the outset, it set out to bring to the Internet the wealth of knowledge and experience from the land-based operations of its sister organisation, Lasseters Hotel Casino in Alice Springs.

Lasseters now offers three online casinos with AusVegas and Lasseters Euro both launched in the 2005 financial year. Each site is distinctive in its design and player services to attract a wide range of participants. They feature a variety of casino games including Table Games such as Baccarat and Blackjack, Slot Machines, Video Poker and Scratch tickets.

The company's online operations are fully regulated by the Northern Territory Government of Australia. This jurisdiction is renown internationally for upholding the highest standards of online gaming regulation.

Lasseters is committed to building a successful online business founded on an outstanding, competitive customer offer supported by the security and confidence of a regulated system.

‘NANNA’ TERRI NEW BB FAVOURITE

52 year-old grandmother Terri has been made favourite to win the current series of Big Brother with leading bookmaker Lasseters Sportsbook following tonight’s eviction of Bianca.

Terri ($3.50) has replaced Travis ($4.50) at the top of the betting boards after both
survived tonight’s elimination. Serial nominee Rory is the outsider in the field at $13.00.

“Terri has slowly been building support inside and outside the house and it’s quite
remarkable given that she was 100-1 earlier in the series,” says Lasseters’ Gerard Daffy.

“I think Travis’ antics may be wearing a little thin with the housemates and his ‘posimistic attitude may bring about his demise,” Daffy added. “The public seem to like him though."

Terri is the sixth favourite to win the 2008 series of Big Brother according to Lasseters, following in the footsteps of David, Alice, Renee, Nobbi and the squeaky voiced Travis.

Big Brother – winner

$3.50 Terri

$4.50 Travis

$6.00 Brigitte

$6.50 Alice

$6.50 Ben

$7.00 Cherry

$13.00 Rory

TOMKINS TIPPED TO CARRY AUSSIE FLAG

Lasseters Sportsbook has opened a market of who will carry the Australian flag in the opening ceremony at the Beijing Olympics with rower James Tomkins a clear favourite.

Tomkins will compete at his sixth Olympics in Beijing and is at the prohibitive odds of $1.05 ahead of five-time Olympic shooters Russell Mark ($8.00) and Michael Diamond ($15.00).

“History tells us the AOC likes to reward longevity when it comes to bestowing this honour on its athletes so James Tomkins certainly fits the criteria,” says Lasseters’ Gerard Daffy.

Lasseters is also taking bets on how many gold medals the Australian team will win in Beijing and also which country will win the most gold medals, with host China the favourite.
